Terms and Conditions — 3pattisky Online Gaming Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document correctly.

• "3pattisky" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 3pattisky.ws, including all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and any future products operated under the same brand.
• "Platform" means the website, web application, and any browser-based client through which 3pattisky's services are accessed.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you to access 3pattisky's services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 3pattisky platform.
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to 3pattisky and the team operating the platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in your 3pattisky account, comprising real money deposits and any awarded bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or reward issued to your account that is subject to specific wagering or release conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which accessing 3pattisky is not permitted under these Terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency of operation on the 3pattisky platform.

Using 3pattisky is only permitted if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the ongoing use of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3pattisky strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds held pending review.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity of this nature is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 3pattisky, and have not been placed on a self-exclusion list applicable to this platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active 3pattisky account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same phone number, or the same device — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 3pattisky reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, at our discretion, restrict or forfeit any bonuses obtained across those accounts.

Your 3pattisky account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered phone number. You must not share your account access details with any other person under any circumstances.

3pattisky will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any communication purportedly from 3pattisky requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 3pattisky support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

Your account login credentials must not be used by anyone other than yourself. Allowing a third party to use your account — whether a family member, friend, or any other person — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

All financial transactions on 3pattisky are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited to your 3pattisky balance instantly or within a few minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. Card deposits are typically instant.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 3pattisky does not charge any fee on the platform side for withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawal timelines are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: under 15 minutes for standard accounts; prioritised for Gold and Platinum VIP members.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically under 30 minutes.
• IBFT bank transfer: 2 to 6 hours during banking hours; may be delayed on public holidays.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Funds in your 3pattisky account are held separately from operational funds. Your deposited real money balance is not co-mingled with 3pattisky's business accounts. In the event that you wish to close your account, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to a payment method matching your deposit source, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.

3pattisky offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all 3pattisky bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded only to the account for which they are intended and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus amounts or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Wagering requirements on 3pattisky sports betting bonuses must be met through qualifying sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50. Bets on certain markets (e.g., cash-out bets, void bets, draw no bet selections that result in a refund) may not contribute fully to wagering requirements.
• Casino bonuses, including slot and live casino bonuses, carry their own wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, table games (poker, baccarat) contribute 5%, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not cleared within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• 3pattisky reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms in effect at that time will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
• 3pattisky reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus conditions through structured betting patterns, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other behaviour that breaches the spirit of these Terms.

All bets and game outcomes on 3pattisky are final once the event or game round is officially settled. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 3pattisky uses real-time pricing and odds may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet. The odds displayed on the confirmation screen are the odds that will apply to your bet. In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent abuse of stale prices.

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the required minimum period of play, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport, including what constitutes the minimum settling period, are available in the platform's sports-specific rules documentation accessible within the betting interface.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. RNG certification covers all virtual slots, table games, and card games. Live dealer games are sourced from regulated studios. The house edge for each game type is fixed and transparent. 3pattisky does not adjust game outcomes based on player history, account balance, or bet size.

Poker: Poker on 3pattisky is a player-versus-player game. 3pattisky takes a rake from cash game pots and a fee from tournament buy-ins. The rake and fee structures are published within the poker lobby. In the event of a disconnection during a hand, the platform handles the situation according to its published disconnection protection rules — a player who disconnects is placed all-in for committed chips up to that point. No chips are ever lost solely due to a disconnect.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, game, and market. Current limits are displayed within the platform at the point of placing a bet or game round. 3pattisky reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits where patterns of behaviour suggest abuse, fraud, or arbitrage.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3pattisky and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of all funds, as well as referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Opening more than one account for any person, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users — including but not limited to automated betting software, screen-scraping tools, or odds arbitrage bots.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or pricing error that results in odds or game outcomes that are clearly incorrect. Any winnings derived from such errors will be voided, and stakes may be refunded at 3pattisky's discretion.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage. This includes chip dumping, soft-playing, and any coordinated strategy between accounts designed to extract money from the poker rake or from other players.
• Money laundering or using the platform to deposit, move, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. 3pattisky actively monitors for suspicious transaction patterns and will report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or depositing using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment instruments.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassment toward 3pattisky staff or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform's technical infrastructure — including APIs, databases, or server endpoints — that are not intended for public use.

All content on the 3pattisky platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3pattisky or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 3pattisky platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 3pattisky content without our prior written consent.

Scraping, indexing, or automated extraction of data from the 3pattisky platform — including but not limited to odds data, game content, or user data — is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from 3pattisky.

3pattisky provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain high uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pattisky's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the balance of real-money funds held in your account at the time of any claim. 3pattisky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

3pattisky is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on your end, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages.

3pattisky collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, and platform improvement. By registering with 3pattisky, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw certain consents at any time by contacting our support team, though withdrawal of consent for core processing activities (such as identity verification and transaction records) may result in us being unable to continue operating your account.

3pattisky will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the lawful operation of the platform.

3pattisky is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an entertaining activity enjoyed within your means — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We take our responsibilities in this area seriously and have invested in tools and processes to support players who may be at risk.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3pattisky account holders and can be activated through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on net losses. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money betting is paused until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been actively playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the 3pattisky platform. Self-exclusion can be set for minimum periods of 6 months and up to permanent exclusion. 3pattisky reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion.
• Account holder identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Account holder identified as a person who has self-excluded from gaming platforms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of time when requested.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Dormant account balances are retained in full and are available upon re-activation following identity verification.
• By request of the account holder through a voluntary closure request submitted to our support team.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

For formal complaints that are not resolved through the standard support channel, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written complaint to support@3pattisky.ws. Please include your full name, account username, a description of the issue, the relevant dates, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.

In the event that a dispute relates to a specific bet outcome and you believe the settlement was incorrect, please raise this within 30 days of the event settlement date. 3pattisky will review the relevant trading records, official data sources, and any other pertinent information before issuing a final determination. The determination of 3pattisky's dispute resolution team is final in all matters relating to bet settlement, subject to demonstrable factual error.

3pattisky may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address or phone number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications that do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may update the page without prior individual notification, though the version date and number at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.

Your continued use of the 3pattisky platform after a change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the point of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3pattisky with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or understandings between us.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

3pattisky's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision and does not prevent us from enforcing it in the future.
